It requires Semantic MediaWiki, can you ensure the server might support it (software versions) ? SMW might also be used for other use cases, for instance listing all groups in a district with some sortable statistics (city, size, etc ...) without having to maintain a separate list (values would be taken directly from the group's page), so it's probably worth the trouble installing it.
