2. Why doesn't the tag <mp3> work in it.scoutwiki?
   Because MP3 Extension is not set up on it.SW
3. How could someone upload a plugin ?
   With a SSH access, which is not granted a lot, for security reasons
4. How could someone create a new namespace in it.scoutwiki?
   Same as upon
5. How can someone forbid the possibility to write to IPs?
   It was a choice @ the begining, but can be change if the community agrees

To sum up, for all these requests, please send an email @ support@scoutwiki.org , and it will open a ticket on RT, and will be solved by one of our lovely finish admin

I renamed your account (as you can see ). But I can not delete a user, and you ever blocked the bad guy. So that's good !

Everything is done, except renaming your user account on ScoutMedia : RenameUser extension is not set up on SM for different reasons... Will be done later

no way to do that if he has a dynamic IP address...

I ever created a forth account... Perhaps could you send an email on staff@scoutwiki.org to discuss about that, or use the IRC to get a faster answer ?
